[Enhancements]

• Face tracking is now enabled by default.
• The DV01K now retains its previous settings after the camera is powered off and on.
• Image clarity has been optimized.

[Update Instructions]

This update requires manual installation on the BenQ Board.

Updating the DV01K firmware

Ensure that the latest DV01K Camera app is installed on the board. For details, see the DV01K Camera 1.2.3 release notes.

⚠️ Warning

The update process may take a few minutes to complete. Ensure the following to prevent any errors:

• Do not power off the board or disconnect the DV01K camera.
• Disconnect all other USB devices connected to the board, except for the Wi-Fi adapter and remote control adapter.

1. Launch the DV01K Camera app. The system asks permission to access the DV01K camera.
2. Tap OK. The live camera feed is displayed on screen.
3. Tap . The DV01K Camera menu appears.
4. Under Version, tap Update. The system initializes the update process.
5. Tap Update. The system asks permission to access AMS Files.
6. Tap Cancel. The system asks permission to access the DV01K camera.
7. Tap OK. The system installs the firmware update and then asks permission to access the DV01K camera.
8. Tap OK. A notification appears.
9. Tap Close.
10. Tap . The DV01K Camera menu appears.
11. Verify that the version is 2024.6.12.19.11.0.
