[FAQ] How can I allow touchback to my Android devices from my BenQ Board

BenQ Board Host Version 1.9.8.0 / Android version 1.9.6.0 - Updated 3/11/26

[Instructions]

Before following the instructions, ensure that everything is up to date.

  1. Once cast is initiated to the board, a prompt will pop up with directions to Enable touchback. Click Go to settings.



  2. Click Installed apps.

  3. Click into TouchFeedback For Instashare 2 and toggle this ON.



  4. Toggle ON TouchFeedback for Instashare 2 and Allow Full Control.
