[ITS] How do I make a user a Substitute Administrator

Step by step instructions to a user as a substitute administrator for your BenQ cloud services.

To make a user a Substitute Administrator for your BenQ cloud services, do the following. 

Step-by-step

  1. Sign into the IAM portion of the cloud management system with the current main administrator account.
  2. Add the account that you would like to become the new administrator and Edit Service Permission.
  3. Within the Service Permissions for this account, in the drop down menu, select Set as substitute administrator.

  4. If successful, the account should now have  next to it, denoting the account as a substitute administrator.
