[ITS] How can I send logs remotely through DMS Web

NOTE: This option is for troubleshooting purposes ONLY.

Admins/sub-admins can request temporary permission to remotely send device logs to BenQ support. If the option disappears, you'll need to request permission again.

  • Customer would reach out to BenQ contact to request option to remotely send logs
  • Once allowed, user can upload logs to BenQ Server under Devices => [Selected Device] => Upper Right-hand Corner (highlighted below)

      
  • Report issue => Upload Logs




  • Copy the information/screenshot and e-mail it to your BenQ support contact.
