[New Features]
New automation options
The newly expanded automation settings now include more granular device management triggers and actions. New triggers include Wi-Fi status, device storage status, etc. while new actions include adjusting the board’s sound and brightness, launching apps, etc. These settings are found under Automation.

User-friendly tutorials
First-time users of BenQ DMS can now follow step-by-step on-screen instructions that guide them through the basics of each settings page on DMS. Admins can replay the instructions by loading any of the settings pages and then clicking 
→ Restart onboarding.
Energy consumption reports
Admins can now view and export more advanced energy-related data from the DMS Dashboard. The new charts and graphs summarize the energy savings, power consumption, and CO2 emissions of all enrolled BenQ Boards.
Instashare 2 settings
Administrators can now manage all settings for InstaShare 2 on their BenQ devices. These settings are found under Policies → Apps → InstaShare 2 Host or InstaShare 2 Host EDLA.
Enhanced Wi-Fi settings
Admins now have access to more comprehensive BenQ Board Wi-Fi settings, including options for hidden networks and other related security configurations. These settings are found under Policies → Advanced → Network.
Automatic app updates
Admins can now enable automatic updates for any app found in the BenQ Apps and My Apps libraries. This setting is found under Policies → Update settings.
[Enhancements]
- Added option to disable Google Play
Admins now have the option to disable the Google Play Store on their BenQ Boards. This setting is found under Policies → Security settings.

Admins can now view all devices sharing the same policy on the Devices tab of each policy.
- Added Devices tab for automated tasks
Admins can now view all devices applying the same automated task on the Devices tab of each automated task.
- Additional Wi-Fi networks for devices
Admins can now add multiple Wi-Fi networks for each device. This setting is found under Devices → [Device name] → Network.
[Update Instructions]
This update is installed automatically once the board is restarted.
