[RP04] Release Notes for FW v20240624

Release Date 7/8/24

[New Features]

Auto detect BenQ Board settings from USB

The RP04 can now automatically detect the BenQ Board settings files stored in connected USB drives and allow the user to clone those settings to the board.

New air ionizer settings

Users can now select from three air ionizer settings:

  • Standard: The ionizer stays active while the board is powered on.
  • Auto (Air quality): The ionizer activates when the board senses a high concentration of PM2.5 or PM10 in the room. It continues the cycle until the PM2.5 or PM10 level becomes moderate.
  • Auto (Motion): The ionizer activates when it senses movement within a one-meter radius from the board. It continues this cycle until no motion is detected.

Note: The air ionizer cycle lasts 20 minutes. It releases negative ions for 10 minutes and then rests for 10 minutes.

These filters allow users to access more apps on the Google Play Store. This setting is located in Settings → Advanced Settings and needs to be manually enabled.
