[FAQ] I'm unable to sign into BenQ Portal via SSO

For schools and customers that have set up SSO for their BenQ IAM.

Issue: I'm getting the error below when trying to login with my SSO login.

Solution: This is the wrong portal for logging in with SSO as this is the individual consumer portal.

One indicator of an incorrect portal is that it's missing the SSO login options (e.g. Classlink, Clever, etc). The correct portal is https://service-portal.benq.com/ and should look like below.
