[DMS] How can I manage Instashare 2 settings through DMS?

1. Navigate to DMS and login with your account.
2. Go to the Policies. 
   
   
3. If you haven't created a Policy, click , otherwise you can Edit an existing Policy.
4. In your policy, add Instashare 2 EDLA if your board(s) are 04s or newer, and Instashare 2 otherwise to your Policy.
   
   
5. Once added, you'll see that the Instashare 2 EDLA allows you to remotely manage Instashare 2 settings or you can have the device maintain its current settings.
   
   
   
   
   1. Control Windows
      
      
      
      1. Show the connection information window - Show information needed to cast to board.
      2. Automatically minimize the host controls window - Host controls window will be minimized when not in use.
         
         
   2. Security
      
      
      
      1. Connection password - Set connection password (not randomized).
      2. Confirm before devices share content - Casting must be allowed by display or host.
      3. Allow board-to-device screen sharing - Allow casting from board to connected device.
      4. Allow connected device to request to be host - Host can control casting session and permissions of all connected devices. Only one device can be host.
   3. Advanced
      
      
      
      1. Native casting - Enable/disable Airplay/Chromecast/Miracast.
      2. AI guardian - Use AI to filter inappropriate content. Still in progress.
         
         
6. When you're ready to push the policy out, click or if pushing a policy that is already running devices. Confirm your changes.
   
   
   
   
7. Now on your BenQ Board, whenever you open Instashare 2, you will see that some of the settings are managed by your administrator.
