      Enabling Two Factor Authentication on BenQ Boards

      Presenting a step by step guide to enabling two factor authentication on BenQ boards

      To enable two factor authentication through Google or Microsoft authenticators Apps you need to do the following:

      1. Download the authenticator application of your choice to your mobile device. 
        • iphone (iOS)
        • Android devices
      2. Now that you have the application installed on your mobile device > click the link to sign into your BenQ account

      3. Click on the avatar with your username in the top right hand corner > select account.

      4. Select Setup > enter your password when prompted.

      5. Open the authenticator application that you downloaded in the previous steps > press the add button > select school or work account > scan the QR code >  click submit.

      6. You will be prompted to input the authentication code generated by the application > click submit > You will receive a message confirming that two factor authentication is turned on.

      7. Every time you sign into the BenQ Board you will be asked to enter the authentication code generated by your application to complete the sign in process.
