[ITS] How to bind an NFC card Using BenQ AMS?

Binding NFC cards allows you to load personal files and settings with one tap to access your AMS account from your BenQ board

Step-by-step

There are two ways to bind an NFC card (Updated 2024)

Method 1: with an NFC card reader

  1. Go to ams.benq.com and log in with a BenQ admin account
  2. Click NFC Management > Info button and follow the steps to test your card reader
  3. If your reader is working, you can click a user account to bind a card to
  4. Scan the card and wait for its ID to appear
  5. When the ID appears, click Bind

Method 1: manually typing the card ID number

  1. Go to ams.benq.com and log in with a BenQ admin account
  2. Click NFC Management > Select an account from the user list
  3. Manually enter the NFC ID shown on the card
  4. Click Bind

Method 2: Using the Batch Binding feature

Manually entering NFC card IDs into the excel sheet.

  1. Go to ams.benq.com and log in with BenQ admin account.
  2. Click NFC Management > Click the Batch Binding NFC button .
  3. Download the account list in .XLS format.
  4. Enter the NFC card IDs for each account and then save the file.
  5. In AMS, click Batch Binding NFC   again and then import to upload the updated account list.


Note: you can bind up to three cards per account.
