Connecting a computer to your BenQ Board with a USB-C cable in 2 steps
Before turning on your BenQ Board, make sure the Power switch is set to ON.- Waking up the screen
- Option 1: tap the screen to wake up the board
- Option 2: press the power button on the remote control
- Option 3: wake up the board with the power button located at the lower right of the control panel
- Connect a computer to your BenQ board with a USB-C cable
- Plug the supplied USB-C cable into your computer's USB-C port
- Plug the other side of the USB-C cable into your BenQ board
Note: USB-C cables support touch capabilities with no additional cables needed.
Tips: once the USB-C cable is connected, the BenQ board automatically switches to TYPE-C input when a computer is plugged in. If that's not the case, you can
- try this: select TYPE-C input in the settings menu
(brought up by pressing the icon) - or try this: set your computer's screen mirroring to Duplicate or Extend
