Screen sharing for Windows with BenQ InstaShare 2.

InstaShare 2 lets you share your Windows device screen to a standalone display like a BenQ classroom board wirelessly.

Step-by-step

1. Access the InstaShare 2 app your BenQ Board
   • Option 1: select Wireless Projection in the main interface
   • Option 2: Select All Apps > InstaShare 2
2. Share your screen by using
   • Method 1: Miracast

• • • Ensure your Windows computer is on the Wi-Fi network displayed on the screen
    • Tap the Miracast button on the display
      
    • Click Notification menu > Connect on your Windows computer
    • Wait for the display name to appear in the list and click on the display
      name to connect and start sharing

• • Method 2: InstaShare 2 app
    • Make sure your device and the display are connected to the same network.
      

• • • Tap Install apps and enter the address shown on the screen in your browser. Then, click Windows to download and install the InstaShare 2 app
      
    • Launch the InstaShare 2 app on your device, and either enter the pairing code shown on the display or select the display name from the list
      

• • • Tap Screen Casting/Mirror to Display to start sharing
