      [New Features]

      Intuitive media sharing

      Users can now use the share button from their mobile device’s media gallery to share media directly to InstaShare 2 on the BenQ Board.

      AI Guardian for videos

      InstaShare 2 can now filter video files containing nudity and block them from being displayed on screen.

      Remember session host’s client device

      A client device that was previously used to host a session now automatically gets assigned as the host the next time it connects to InstaShare 2.

      [03 series only] Send screenshots to EZWrite

      Users can now tap a button to send screenshots directly to EZWrite.

      [Enhancements]

      • Updated the Miracast UI.
        • Users no longer need to tap the Miracast button on the board to screen share using Windows devices.
      • Updated the Settings UI.
        • The settings are now categorized by type.
        • Several new settings are now listed in the menu.
      • Optimized the bitrate for the following models: RE03A, RE03N, RE03N1, and RE03N2.
      • Optimized some English and French UI strings.

      [Update Instructions]

      This update requires manual installation through DMS or on the BenQ Board.

      Updating InstaShare 2 from DMS

      1. Go to https://dms.benq.com.
      2. Log in with your admin credentials.
      3. From the main menu, click Apps → BenQ Apps.
      4. The list of available apps appears.
        1. Locate InstaShare 2, and then click Install.
      5. The app installation menu appears.
        1. Select to install by devices, groups, or tags, and then click Next.
        2. Select the specific devices, groups, or tags, and then click Select.
      6. A confirmation message appears.
        1. Review the information, and then click Confirm.

      Updating InstaShare 2 from the BenQ Board

      1. On the home screen taskbar, tap → BenQ App Store .
      2. Tap → InstaShare 2.
        1. The app details window appears.
      3. Tap Update.

      Tip: If there are other available app updates, you can install them simultaneously.

      Tap  then Update All.
