[Instashare 2] Why does my Mac device fail to cast to my BenQ Board

After confirming that your device is on the correct network and other devices are able to cast without any issues.

  1. Click the Finder icon in your dock.
  2. Click the Apple logo in the top left corner of your screen
  3. Select System Preferences
  4. Select Security & Privacy and ensure that Instashare 2 is enabled for the following services:


    1. Camera
    2. Microphone
    3. Files and Folders
    4. Accessibility
    5. Screen & System Audio Recording


      Note: Screen & System Audio Recording is required for casting. If you're unable to cast to the board for any reason, this is most likely the cause.
