[RP03v1] Release Notes for RP03v1 series v1.0.1.27

PIR, Main Shortcut, NFC, Ethernet, and WiFi can be now controlled by RS232/LAN command.

Modified the layout of Language & Input -> Physical keyboard under OSD menu.
Modified to remain the original MIC setting when using an external USB camera with MIC.
Modified the mechanism to prevent the unable to log out when using the countdown widget in EZwrite.
Modified the default setting to Auto for AIR IONIZER to turn on automatically when the value of PM2.5 & PM10 is greater than 150.
Solve the logging out issue when the logout setting is 10 minutes but still using the remote control.
Solved the unable to take a screenshot when using the floating tool to record.
Solved the issue of the no signal wordings overlay on HDMI source.
Solved the issue of incorrect signal displayed for HDMI & OPS when using with Chromecast dongle.
Solved the display issue when using EZwrite 6 with the document camera.
