      When accessing my Google Drive through AMS Files, I get an Error: Browser Operation Failed

      Issue: When I attempt to access my Google Drive from AMS on the board, I get the error below.


      Solution: 

      Related to a permissions issue during the linking process, or something changed that requires a relink through AMS.

      1. Log into ams.benq.com

      2. Link (or relink) your Google Drive and allow the AMS Service to sync to your Google Drive Files. If you have more options than the screen below, ensure that you check all the boxes required to allow AMS Access.

      3. Wait a few minutes and log back into the Board. Check to see if the error is gone.
