[ITS] Why are boards showing in AMS/Broadcast, but not DMS?
Issue only occurs with board models older than RP02. DMS software and workflows have changed that may cause some issues with older models.
Confirm that the older models are showing up in DMS correctly. If not, try re-binding the board to DMS.If rebinding doesn't work, then delete the device from X-Sign Broadcast.
- Login with your admin account to X-Sign Broadcast.
- Under Equipment Management, locate your extra device(s).
- Select your extra device > Edit Device.
- Click Delete device.
- Check that the device has been removed from AMS > Equipment Management as well.
