How to check what permissions are applied to an account?

2 Steps to check what permissions are applied to an account

Step-by-step

  1. Select an account > Click Edit Service Permission
  2. This section will show which service permissions are applied to the account. Note that there are three different types of service permission for users.

    Type A: Group setting
The picture below shows that the permissions from Group2 are applied to this account.

If the account needs to have a different group's permission, click Select other group. Then select the group you want.

    Type B: Personal settings
If the account doesn‘t need to be regulated by a group, it needs to be set using Personal setting. Click the dropdown list to choose Personal setting > edit the permissions > click Submit

Type C: Set as substitute administrator
If the account has to be set as a substitute administrator, click the dropdown list and choose Set as substitute administrator > click Submit
